Le Bidule

The Bidule is LittleCloud’s tandem wing, which now exists in 2 sizes; 31 and 34m2 flat surface. In response to pilots demands world-wide, the design objective of this wing was to produce a wing that is easy to use, and suited for both leisure and professional use.

During 2011, our aim was to complete the Bidule 31 and 34, offering a tandem wing for a wide range of uses, that can be flown in a variety of conditions and at different sites.
In order to choose the correct size, please consider the factors in the Tech Specs table. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns and would like some personal advice.

The Bidule is equipped with trims, offering essential acceleration.
It’s biggest asset is its versatility:

-for soaring in strong conditions (good speed potential and incurs less force on inflation).
-in thermic conditions (easy to manouver, remains precise and offers performance).
-for local or XC flights, (offering a large weight range (all-up weight certification, 2 sizes available).
-for use with skis (simple preparation, easy to recenter the wing)
-accessibility (light weight, low aspect ratio, virtually no pitch)
-mountain flights (light weight, reduced bulk).

EN Certification

Bidule 31
The Bidule 31 has received EN-D certification, for an all-up weight of 100 to 200kg with trim.
It received a ‘D’ for its spiral manouver; which means that during a tight locked spiral the pilot must use
the outside brake to straighten back up.

Bidule 34
The Bidule 34 has received EN-C certification, for an all-up weight of 120 to 200kg with trim.
